General Manager | Director
Sedrick brings over 20 years of experience across construction management, architecture, and development. He specialises in complex sites and oversees projects from early concept through approvals, delivery, and commercialisation. Known for his ability to cut through complexity and align diverse teams, Sedrick consistently delivers high-quality outcomes that balance commercial performance with long-term impact. His work spans industrial estates, high-density residential, and master-planned communities—each shaped by a clear design intent and a sharp understanding of market needs.
He has held key leadership roles across the industry, including at AWJ Civil and ECORR, and now leads development at REGENESIS. Recent projects include ECM Industrial, The Foundations in Portland, and the St Georges Basin town centre—where he secured key planning approvals, managed construction, and delivered significant environmental and community outcomes. Sedrick continues to drive ECORR’s growth by partnering with builders and developers to bring the next phase of projects life.

Known for his hands-on approach, Nick plays a key role in project delivery, cost control, and stakeholder coordination across all stages of construction.
His project portfolio includes some of New South Wales’ most significant initiatives, including key roles in the Sydney Trains Renewal Program, Penrith Stadium, Moorebank Intermodal Terminal, the Cutaway at Barangaroo, Martin Towers, Portland Residential Development, St George’s Basin, and the Circular Quay Wharf Redevelopment.
Managing Director
Martin O’Connell brings more than two decades of experience in civil engineering, with a clear focus on sustainable development and circular economy strategy. He’s worked across complex urban and industrial projects, balancing commercial outcomes with environmental responsibility. His leadership is grounded in practicality—driving value through better use of resources, smarter project design, and long-term thinking.
At AWJ Civil, Martin led the shift from traditional contracting to more integrated, solutions-based delivery. He later founded ECORR, where he applied circular economy principles to real-world construction challenges—turning waste into resource and lifting the standard for sustainable delivery. He continues to work closely with industry, government, and investors to push sustainable development from ambition to action.
